| The Chelmsford Conservative Club is a friendly social club located in a quite location close to the centre of Chelmsford. The club has a convivial bar and an associated dining area. The Autumn Room provides a venue for entertainment and other club functions. A TV lounge off the bar and an extensive selection of the current papers is provided for the members. |

The club holds weekly Bingo Sessions and regular Charity Quiz Nights, run by club members. Lunchtime and early evening snacks are available at very competitive prices. |

The club has three competition standard snooker tables in a
separate hall for the use of members and their guests. The club also has a significant representation in the local snooker and cribbage(3 teams) leagues in addition to a Ladies Darts team. |

The club operates a single charity policy concentrating on a
different local charity each year. Last year the Club donated in excess of
£2200 to the Essex air ambulance. This year the local Macmillan Home Care Nursing Service looks set to receive a similar or even larger amount. The donation is made up of the proceeds of special events such as dedicated race nights and many of the club Quiz entrance fees. |
